Interactive Media Announce Plans to Rollout The Baseball

HOUSTON, May 24, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- GK Intelligent Systems,
Inc. (OTCBB:GKIG), a publicly traded holding company with
entertainment and technology subsidiaries and DigiCast Interactive
Media, a company specializing in targeted marketing, announced
that DigiCast has been engaged to assist in the market rollout
of The Baseball Club, Inc. (TBC), a GKIG subsidiary. Under
the agreement, DigiCast will focus on the creation of a
successful e-commerce model for TBC.
DigiCast not only brings extensive expertise in the applications
of targeted marketing techniques by the Internet, but also
connections in the Latin American market. Recently, DigiCast
assisted Sony in a successful bid to gain market share in
Latin American markets using their techniques.
TBC will use GKIG's award-winning Smart One(SM) learning
technology, live media, realistic personalization technologies
featuring prominent baseball stars, and targeted marketing
strategies to attract and build an intimate personal bond
with baseball fans. TBC will teach fans the game and sell
them products and services in a way never before possible.
The Baseball Club's goal is to increase consumer disclosure
to aid baseball industry goods and service providers in
more efficiently addressing consumer needs and interests.
This sort of approach could produce a significant improvement
in their sales.
