HOUSTON, May 20, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- GK Intelligent Systems,
Inc. (OTCBB:GKIG), a publicly traded holding company with
entertainment and technology subsidiaries announced today
the formation of a co-venture with DigiCast Interactive
Media, Boca Raton, FL to create an Intelligent Shopping
Interface Assistant to further the personalization of the

The Co-Venture will use GKIG's award-winning Smart One(sm)
learning technology.
DigiCast creates online communities where consumers and
retailers can continually be involved in key market research
directly from the retailer. The Co-Venture will introduce

online shopping website to their brick-and-mortar stores.
The Co-Venture will also incorporate DigiCast's core turn-key
development resources which include a trilingual staff with
expertise in marketing, site and wireless development, advertising/campaign
management and online media strategy and placement.
Charles Loiacono, CEO of DigiCast Interactive Media, stated,
"The shopping interface is critical to the long term
customer loyalty of any retailer. The online experience
obtained through the "push technology" will bond
the shopper to the store. We will provide a full circle
experience."
Gary Kimmons, GKIG President and CEO, commented, "We
have the opportunity to become a key player in a new and
emerging 'personalized intelligent support' market with
the application and licensing of our Smart One learning
